Order Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include all details about the products, price, billing, and shipping address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at support@endlessfind.com.

Shipping and Returns Our standard delivery time is 5-14 business days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. Any delay may occur due to current circumstances. All our orders are shipped from our partner's warehouse. Each order undergoes a thorough quality check before it is dispatched.

Returns must always be sent back to us at EndlessFind. The return should be sent to our warehouse in Jรถnkรถping.

If a delay in delivery occurs (without prior notification of an extended delivery time), you should contact us via email at support@endlessfind.com.

For unclaimed packages, an administrative fee of 60% of the order value will be charged. This fee applies if you fail to pick up your package or provide incorrect address details, causing the package to be returned to us. Ensure that you always enter the correct name and shipping address, as you are responsible if the address is incorrect and the items do not reach you. If you need to change your name or delivery address after your package has been shipped, we can assist with this for an administrative fee of $15.

Pricing All prices in the store are stated in USD, and taxes are not included in the price. In rare cases, customs duties and taxes may apply. If this happens, contact us with proof, and we will reimburse the amount. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in price lists, and incorrect pricing due to incorrect information. We also reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. If a discount is applied after purchase, the difference can be refunded for the discounted purchase before the original purchase.

Right of Withdrawal When purchasing items from the website, you have a statutory 30-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the date you receive the ordered product.

5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal: You must notify us of your decision to withdraw. The notification should be sent to support@endlessfind.com. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to. You must immediately, and no later than within the legally required 30 days after the withdrawal notice, return the products to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the delivery and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well packaged and in their original packaging. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method and source of payment for the purchase. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to its original value if the product has been used or damaged.

5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:

  • Products that, due to health or hygiene reasons, cannot be resold after being used (e.g., inflated items).

  • Products that have been sealed (plombed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (plomb) has been broken by you.

  • Products that are of the nature of sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.

  • Customized products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a distinct personal touch according to your wishes.

  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed that the service begins without a right of withdrawal.

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly, such as food.

  • Single copies of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If a product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with consumer protection laws, to remedy the defect free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to Proceed with a Complaint: Any faults or defects should always be reported to support@endlessfind.com, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect. If we are unable to rectify the defect or provide a replacement product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to consumer protection laws. We follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes. You have the right to make a complaint for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

Limitation of Liability We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers. Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes in products/product features made by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.

Product Information We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that images accurately reflect the products' exact appearance, as a certain color difference may occur depending on screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
