Order
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes details about the products, price, billing, and shipping address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us at support@endlessfind.com.

Shipping and Returns
Our standard delivery time is 4–8 business days. NOTE: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. Delays may occur due to current circumstances. All orders are shipped from our partner’s warehouse. Each order undergoes a quality check before dispatch.

Returns must always be sent back to EndlessFind. The return address will be provided by our customer service team when you initiate your return.

For unclaimed packages, an administrative fee of 60% of the order value will be charged. This applies if you fail to pick up your package or provide incorrect address details causing a return. Always enter the correct name and shipping address—you are responsible if the address is incorrect and the items do not reach you. If you need to change your name or delivery address after shipment, we can assist for an administrative fee of $15.

Pricing
All prices in the store are stated in USD, and taxes are included in the price. In rare cases, customs duties may apply. If this happens, contact us with proof, and we will reimburse the amount. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints, or incorrect pricing caused by erroneous information. If a discount is applied after purchase, the difference can be refunded for the discounted purchase before the original purchase.

Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing items from the website, you have a statutory 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product.

5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
Send your withdrawal notice to support@endlessfind.com. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to. Return the products promptly and no later than 30 days after your withdrawal notice.
Under our 100% Money-Back Guarantee, we provide a prepaid return label and refund to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection. Products should be well-packaged and, where applicable, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for depreciation if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning or if it is damaged.

5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:

  • Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be resold after use (e.g., inflated items).

  • Products sealed for health/hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken.

  • Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Services that have been fully performed after your express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed.

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly (e.g., food).

  • Single copies of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we will remedy the defect free of charge in accordance with consumer protection laws. Always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to Proceed with a Complaint
Report faults or defects to support@endlessfind.com, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect (photos help). If we cannot rectify the defect or provide a replacement, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the product is not defective under consumer protection rules. We follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes. You may submit a complaint for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

We are not liable for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, or reduced/missing deliveries from suppliers. We are not responsible for changes in product features made by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that images reflect the products’ exact appearance, as color differences may occur depending on screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present products as accurately as possible.
