How long is the normal delivery time?
Our delivery times range between 6-14 days due to high demand. Each order goes through a thorough quality check. If there are any delays, please contact us at support@endlessfind.com and provide your order number.
Can I track my package?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
What happens if the shipping company loses my package?
If you do not receive your package for any reason, please email us at support@endlessfind.com.
How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days. We cannot accept returns after this period. To start a return, email us at support@endlessfind.com with your name, address, order number, and the item you wish to return. We will send you a prepaid return label, which must be used for the return. The product must be in good condition and in its original packaging. If everything is in order, you will receive either a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

My product arrived damaged. How do I file a claim?
If your product is defective or damaged, please email support@endlessfind.com with your order number, product number, and a clear photo of the issue.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not picked up or refused, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee for return shipping and processing. In such cases, we deduct 60% of the itemβs value. Packages remain at the pickup location for 14 days before being returned to us. If you change your mind about a purchase, you must first pick up the package before initiating a return. Unclaimed packages do not qualify for refunds under the return policy.
