Returns & Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. If everything is approved according to our policy, your refund will be processed immediately. You can choose to receive store credit applied to your account or have the funds refunded to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Fraud or any attempt to mislead will be reported immediately. We always provide evidence to the bank in case of a false chargeback.

All returns must be sent to EndlessFind. Please ship your return to our warehouse in US. We will provid all details thru mail.

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days, please check with your bank first, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@endlessfind.com.
