Can I return my order?

Yes! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order – completely free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product is in its original condition with all parts, components, and packaging intact.
  2. The product shows normal handling but no damage from misuse.
  3. If the product is hygiene-related, it must be cleaned before returning.
  4. If the product is defective upon arrival, it qualifies for a return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process it within 3 business days and confirm your refund. If the item has been used or damaged without our fault, we reserve the right to deny the return.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Email us at: support@endlessfind.com
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • A photo of the product (if it's damaged)
    • Your full name & shipping address

We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions. Do not return your order to the sender address—we will provide the correct return address.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please note:

  • Our system processes orders immediately after they are placed.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return it for a full refund after receiving it.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will send you a free replacement. If you still wish to return it after receiving a replacement, you may do so using our prepaid return label.

Warranty & Claims

  • You have up to 3 years to report a product defect.
  • If a product has an original defect, we will offer a repair, replacement, discount, or refund based on the situation.
